Billed my charge card and not delivered my products

American Gold directed me many emails last spring pushing me to "pre order" my Holiday decorations, and so I requested them in June. They charged my charge card — in July — after I requested the decorations. Used to donot get the decorations immediately, that we believed was okay since I have was "pre-purchasing" them. It's today Dec 29th and that I still haven't acquired the decorations.

Because The email verification stated that I Would obtain my products in 5-20 times, I - can no further competition the cost through my charge card. Since Iam attempting to determine where these decorations are THAT I TAKEN CARE OF, I've unearthed that American Gold doesn't possess a operating telephone number (the only real telephone number I or my charge card will find results in a voicemail package that's complete) and all of the emails that I've been delivered have already been overlooked.

They basically ripped me off. Don't trust the corporation.
