Don't even waste your time with these people

Work! Do not actually spend your own time with one of these individuals. I bought a camera pencil on july 28th it's today sept 26 and that I have nevertheless not gotten my bundle. I never got a mail verification, and so I choose to contact the client support quantity that's situated in ohio, plus they explained they'd no idea where my products were which I'd need to be the main one to contact china to determine why it had been caught in traditions, (I suppose they transfer their products from china) and so I published emails for them and got no solutions. I called again requesting to talk to a supervisor, Paul (the fool addressing the telephone) had no idea just how to move us to his manager which he'd no-name for. That organization is just a catastrophe, of course I had been currently billed and that I requested to get a refund plus they explained that I'd need to deliver them back within seven days to obtain a reimbursement, and purchase delivery obviously. If my product required this lengthy to obtain below and was caught in traditions how do I be assured that china may obtain my product in seven days!!! Plus they had no solution for me personally. Still waiting on my bundle or even to actually notice easily may actually obtain it or can get my total purchase.
