Purchase on 12/19. I called 12/20 to confirm purchase. Was assured purchase by 12/24. Assured on the internet so when I named. 12/24 obtained 1 of 5 products. The main one product that did come was incorrect size. It got one hour to obtain a boss about the telephone looking for where my purchase was. She informs me another products were packed together-but individual compared to product I did so obtain as well as for some cause the factory produced a UPS label but forgot to deliver bundle out. She then suggests sorry, nothing she may do! I informed her which was undesirable and also to contact the shop 1/2 time from me and also have products prepared and sick push there. She stated she'd attempt, place me on-hold for 20 mins than hung-up on me. Never called back. I'd to-go thru another time of customer support to become informed that the boss would need to contact me back these were so hectic, I never heard back! Therefore, below we're and that I possess a $400 charge-off my CC but no presents from Dicks. Even better, after I examine the web page monitoring my purchase nothing has transformed, which informs me despite all of the calls recently they nevertheless did not deliver my purchase out!
