I purchased cheap rim 9700 from their store, the cost was 0 (TNT shipping).

I settled via Western Union.

And following a couple of days, I acquired the following range, however it did not function, and so I approached them.

After which they explained that my product has been kept by traditions due to fresh China legislation that mentioned me to pay for 40% of overall price since my purchase is under $500. Plus they offered me choices: to pay for the traditions charge or continue buying until my total-order are over $500.

I believed to them, that I actually donot wish to spend the traditions charge or continue buying, and that I wish to stop the purchase and my money returned.

However they stated that eliminating purchase isn't simple, along with other horrible reason.

And after lengthy debate, they stated in e-mail, that they'll return my cash with only 40% of the initial quantity.

And I Have decided to that, but following a couple of days, they never responded my mail again.

And So I approached them via Yahoo Messenger, and that I talk to them.

They said, that I've to pay for the traditions charge, since traditions wont provide the products back.

And following a few reasons together, I stated, simply provide me my money-back and that I wont bother you again.

Plus they said, okay, do not bother us again.

After all, what type of customer support is gonna state that to some client?

But still they wont provide my money-back, and simply log-off.

Our position is, never purchase from their store and keep-away!!
