Terrible Customer Service

We've been very long time clients of 1 Communications and you will be changing providers the moment our agreement has ended. Great customer support is nonexistent as of this organization... No body is prepared to assist and continuously moves your contact to A Free Account Director who never answers the telephone. From establishing an 800-number, to adding a brand new T1 line (which required more than 3 weeks) our organization has received only issues. Stay away.
