Terrible Customer Service - T1 and phone

We have been long time customers of One Communications and will be switching services as soon as our contract is over. Good customer service is nonexistent at this company... No one is willing to help and constantly transfers your call to an Account Manager who never answers the phone. From setting up an 800 number, to installing a new T1 line (which took over 3 months) our company has had nothing but problems. Steer clear.
