Very poor service

I've been a person of the at&t for a long time. Phone-line, web and Cellular. I've had issues with all three providers. I slipped my phone-line support because of large charges. Our cellular service is caught till February and also have been having lossy support, including decreased calls, bad link and sound. Named numerous occasions, they delivered me another telephone March did not correct the issues. I named regarding same issues, spoken to some supervisor of customer support which she mentioned that I've a classic telephone and also to update to some newer telephone which may get me into another agreement. Are you joking? The telephone isn't the issue I mentioned and do you consider I do want to recognize a another agreement together with your organization whenever your support smells? She responded and stated there's nothing they are able to do-then for me personally. The issues worsend because of my agreement closing shortly. Our buddies possess the same issues with their support.

I was suppose to obtain a reduced price for my DSL-highspeed internet service since I have have at&t-mobile support. This lasted for some weeks after which my statement was transformed to fundamental for that same cost.

Feb 9 when my agreement stops and cannot delay, to eliminate their crap.
