Verizon and verizon repair
No dial tone for over one month and still being billed, numerous cancelled repair by verizon

In summer 2010 me and my wife moved to callicoon N. Y in a pretty rural setting on a COUNTY ROAD. We are forced to use verizon as our phone provider as there is no cable or we would have kept our $99 everything plan through cable. So we have a semi local calling plan (land line) which cost after there taxes and fake hikes around 60 a month. We lived here a little more then a year and the phone company has come over 8 times to repair static and no dial tone or voices in the line ruffly once every other month.

This time there not coming and we have not had a dial tone since around August 1st. We have had several repair appointments made by verizon all cancelled by verizon. The latest was for Sept 15 my wife got a notice that it will be moved to the 19th. Every time we get close they move it. We are being billed and my wife was told we are getting $25 credit... Lol. I told her we will not be getting a bill for the month of August and if we do let verizon know its not being paid as we have no dial tone for over a month.

They went on strike and were nice and let them cry. Now there back fix our phone!

I know this may not seem like a big deal, BUT IF YOU WANT TO BE THE BIG BOYS AND CONTROL THE PHONES THEN KEEP THEM ON! I will be back on here to let you know when they change the appointment and do not show again. Or when another bill comes for September!!
