Ripoff, no service, no customer support, no response, poor communication

Braman Tax accountants have ripped me off! They are giving me a runaround and ignoring problems that have gotten my taxes rejected five times now! I get no personal response from them, and they don't know how to file correctly! Since this is all they do it seems, what exactly do they know???

They don't know anything about helping me file my taxes. I filed through them electronically and got rejected, five times now (correcting what they say is the problem every time), but nobody there can tell me why, except for a bunch of computer codes that make no sense. They have taken my money and refuse to comment on a refund, but also have not helped at all!

I got rejected five times now through them, and still nobody will call me back! I have written about ten e-mails and get only a canned reply.

Now I guess I start writing to government boards and such. They are a waste of my time!

Go to someone local with a phone number and try it before using them!
