Ripoff-dishonest, take money and then you hear nothing, from them

This is a company that takes your money, and then the only thing you hear from them is where you go to have pictures each year.

They can't answer any of your questions, regarding your child and inquiries to your child.

You would think for the amount of money they charge you that they could at least each year, send a statement saying how many times your child had an interested looker.

But nothing from this company. They just take your money and that is pretty much that.
