Tax service filed taxes messed up serval times would not answer phone calls

Instant tax service started out doing my taxes to apply for the 10 min loan that is actually a much longer process after bieng denied the loan moved to a 12-24 hr loan but the submitted my info to the irs wrong and the efile was rejected after i told the company how the name should be they still did it a different way. After they finally fixed that I was waiting to hear the response of the 12-24 hr loan but then nobody would answer my phone calls. I file my taxes every year myself but when paying them $500 they mess up and ignore me. Now i find out that i have to wait until the 30th for my taxes this company is a waste of time and money.
