Space Unlimited is by far the worst commercial landlord that I have ever experienced, or even heard of. They completely ignore their obligations under the lease when their obligations are uncomfortable, but slavishly insist on full compliance with the lease when it benefits them. Much to our dismay, we leased a space that ended up leaking like a seive, damaging several of our expensive computers. When we complained, Kristi Oman offered to fix the leaking roof, but only if we paid the full cost of the repair. When we refused, she threatened to sue us and then refused to give us the name of her attorney. We moved out under protest and are considering filing a lawsuit against them.
