Purchased a solution online to get a friend. She visited the airport promptly. Airberlin woulldn t allow her on the one of the ways fligth to Bangkok declaring. Without a credit they could not consider her. I flew myself on a single evening and had no problems at-all to check on in. I had been informed to purchase a return solution that they return and continue using the next flight. Still they declined to consider her again. And so I needed to purchase a next solution for that following day.

Never travel this flight again. Only problems!
