They lie about disk space

IX Webhosting lie about disk usage, they advertise 200 GB for the cheapest plan and 400 GB for the middle one and unlimited disk space for the most expensive one.

I have subscribed with the most expensive one the professional plan with unlimited disk space; unfortunately they have suspended my account because my disk space exceeded 15 GB, which is way below their cheapest plan that costs quarter what I paid them.

They said that I have violated their "Fair-Use" Resource Assignment and when I asked them more specifically about my violation they said that I have exceeded 15 GB, here is the last conversation I had with them:

Sorry but both options are invalid. I won't close my account and I won't reduce my disk space usage because our contract gives me unlimited disk space.

They have suspended my account without allowing me to login and copy my files, I have used my backup to recreate my site meanwhile my site was down and not functioning at all, they actually put a message on my site saying it was suspended! It took me about a month to reconfigure my site to work correctly, it was a mess to redo everything I did during the year that I was with them before they suspended my account.

I am still suffering because of their fraud, I still find bugs each day and try to solve them, I wish they were honest from the beginning to save me all this mess.
