A warning to anyone out there about Space Unlimited in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Check their F rating with the BBB. Check the large amount of lawsuits filed against them. They reveal this companies practice of offering a low rent, and then adding on crazy charges that more than double the rent. Zev Oman and Kristi Oman are the owners and the lawsuits reveal they will make promises they do not keep. Ask any tennant in any building privately if they are happy and see if you find a happy one. I bet not.
