Booking the automobile shipping was incredible. Easy, polite, entire charge to our account was processed promptly.

Monday, day of the pickup comes, no pickup. Even when I called them to confirm the Friday before. I have to call them to find out that they will not pick up because THEY are delayed. We reschedule for Wednesday.

No pickup on Wednesday because they are "running a little behind". Pickup "could be" Thursday or, if not, Friday. Thursday passes by and beautiful Friday morning comes.

I again call for a status on my pick up and the lady provides me with the phone number for the trucking company. Even when I pay them to schedule and process this shipment, THEY want ME to call the trucking company and follow up with them. However, she tells me to call her back in 1/2 and hour.

I call this lady again in 1/2 hour, she still doesn't have a status. Call her back in 1/2 hour and my husband points out to her that the trucking company does not work for us, that they booked it! Her words are that "She doesn't want me to tell her what her job is". Completely rude she tells us that "If we want our money back, fine, she doesn't want it!" and hangs up the phone on us. I call again to try to clarify this situation.

First thing I do when she picks up the phone is apologize and tell her that it's not our intention to tell her what her job is or to upset her with this situation. Still upset, she again mentions having the shipping cancelled and I get to agree after an argument and now she tells me to "READ THE CONTRACT" because I have a cancellation fee of $250.00 (which is by the way stated in the paperwork, no doubt). I ask to speak with the owner or manager and she says SHE IS THE OWNER!!! She again hangs up on me for the second time.

I HAVE no option but to call the trucking company for a follow up, who, by the way, have no information on my pickup. No paperwork at all... I got another call saying they're still delayed and they can schedule for the following week. At this point, I don't trust these people with my car. The last call I receive is from the owner (who by the way is NOT the woman that hung up on me...) begging me to let them pick up my car. After a long time of going back & forth, they finally give up and agree to cancel. BUT not without first charging me $250.00 for that cancellation! And I'm not even sure if I will get my money back... Over $1,300.00. Any attorney out there???
