We had our services disconnected after a horrible experience with the billing. Then they charged us rental fees for a modem when we owned our own modem. The tech asked where our modem was when my wife said to him that we owned our own modem. Then when my wife wasn't looking he took the modem and left. I can't believe this guy blantantly stole my equipment! Now I'm going to have to go to the office and get it back. This company is TERRIBLE!!!
