No Knowlege ripoff, incompetant, slow, don't care Internet

Back in January I had updated my mailing address. I asked the rep on the phone if the phone would go to my new address and he said yes. Well I didn't go there. It went to my old address and by the time I found this out it had been stolen. Sprint still charged me for the phone. When I spoke to the supervisor he told me that there systems take 48 hours to update and that's why it went to my old address. The rep failed to mention that to me. The supervisor told me to get a police report done.

So I did and when I called back 2 weeks later to get a fax number to fax it to them the rep told me she had no fax number to give me so I could fax it and that someone would call me back. That was on February 23. I'm still waiting for that call. I called again on March 17 and got a fax number.

The rep told me to also include my phone where I could be reached and that his supervisor would call me. It's now March 24 and I'm still waiting. Sprint is still charging me for the stolen phone and the service on that phone. They are such heartless people.

I will be terminating my service with sprint a.S.A. P By the way that phone was actually suppose to replace the phone I had on an already existing account. They took it upon themselves to just open a new account for me. I know have 4 accounts instead of 2 thanks to there screw ups.
