Army & Air Force Excange Services refuse to update an account that I have receipts from them as proof as paid in full from November when they were paid in full.instead they continue to report this accont as past due and keep posting said account on Experian credit reporting burea as delinquet. I even have a letter of apology from this AFFES but they refuse to clean up the garbage they posted on my creit report. HELP!!! Help!!! This is way wrong.
