Best Buy Household Bank ripoff, they refuse to remove name from credit report I have receipt from 1998 stating paid in full they still have not removed the ill report abused & mistreated consumer fraud ripoff to consumers

I have been trying to remove the credit report rating from my credit report since 1998. I paid my account in full i still have the reciept showing such a thing and yet they still refuse to take it off my credit report. I have not done business with them since 1994 and paid in full in 1998 why are they still on my report stating i still owe them money is beyond me i dont know what else to do can anyone help me?
