Paid Off On April Have Still Not Reported As Paid To Sprint The O.C. Paid off on april have still not reported as paid to sprint the o.C

Have been cleaning up my credit report and getting collection accounts paid and removed.

Nco fin/22 is reporting it wrong on my credit report it has a negative of 120 days late in april (it was paid on 27 april) then they have me late 120 days again on jan. Then i get a call from sprint telling me they need me to come current on my old account. Saying it is way past due.

Have emails from sprint telling me to pay the $186. Sent them an email telling them i paid nco and they tell me they have no record of payment. I have printed all emails with sprint.

Then i call nco and the supervisor (bill rube) tells me they can report it late as many time as they want until the seven years are up but then tells me that my account is paid in full as of 27 april.
