We paid $232.40 for a Vase to be installed on a crypt at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens, in Cleveland, TN on May 13, it was stuck up with glue some three to four months later. The vase was the wrong color and did not match any of the others on the crypt and placed on the wrong side of the plaque. On memorial Day of this year, the vase fell off and we have been trying to get it replaced since then, to no avail. We have received many promises for dates of completion, but the last time we went to the site on Saturday, July 30 they had taken down the Name plaque. What will it take to get this resolved?
