Scam artists! Charge unwarranted fees, show up 1 hour early, try to charge YOU for it! Stay away from them!

This company is a total ripoff! They practically beg you to stop and eat somewhere, use the bathroom, get coffee, shop, or whatever, then charge you for the "unscheduled" stop, without ever mentioning this upfront. They advertise 20% gratuity included but then when you get the charge on your bill, it's 25% — and the drivers say they NEVER see any of that. They show up on their schedule - not yours — arriving 1 full hour early on one leg (hoping to then be able to charge you for having to wait). The owner/manager is very rude when you finally reach him to ask about unwarranted charges and yells, attacks you, and will not let you get one word in. He starts accusing you of all kinds of things. This company is a TOTAL rip off — do not use them under ANY circumstances!!! I won't leave my name or city because I do not trust them!
