Worst Service Ever, Waitress is a Crook

Went to Cheddars last evening (against my better judgment since I have had a bad experience twice earlier) since my in-laws chose to eat there. It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks (even though I only ordered water). It took the food and hour and half to reach our table and the meat was so over cooked we could not eat it. The manager was informed and we were charged for the shrimp and chicken but the steak was taken off our bill.

Well they made up for the meat charge by adding Gratuity to our bill, all six of us, SIX. I have never seen a restaurant charge gratuity with only six people. No one noticed until after we paid. The waitress was slick and only bought us a bill totaling each of our parties, not a breakdown.

So, bad service, bad food and a manager who cheated us I give this restaurant two thumbs down and will never give this place another dollar of my money. Stay aware, I warn you.
