Sunstar Pool is a family of crooks and liars. I bought my house a year ago.in the closing contracts they were giving $1,000 to replace the broken heater. I have them an additional $400 for an upgrade. I year later they are still avoiding my calls and haven't replaced my heater. I can't even file under my home owner's insurance because they took my original heater.
They said they would clean my pool every month to offset they money, which of course never happened either. Not that it would have been worth the tradeoff.
Do not use them, if you hear their name, run the other way.
