Don is the owner, I do not know his last name. His girl that answers the phone, at times, is named Katherine. Took $150.00 for the month of July and NEVER Cleaned my pool!

I called pool companies on June 28th to hire someone to clean my pool. I received several calls, one being from Don at "Sunstar Pools". His price was too high and told him no thank you. About ten minutes later he called me back. He said "I don't want to lose business over price, so I will give you monthly service for $120.00 a month". This seemed fair so I told him that he could come over. He came over, promised so much, but never would come to clean the pool. He just took my money of $150.00, I also paid for the last week in June. He cashed my check and will not come clean the pool no matter what I say to him.

Beware to all those who believe him and he has a good line.
