Terrible experience!

I've requested some products from Place Store. They've send me a number of products although not them all. I've delivered them many emails and requested about my order position, however they possibly didn't reply me or once they responded they stated these products are back-ordered, since Oct. They don't signal emails with any titles, and so I don't understand who I'm speaking with. After they published just one first-name. On December 19th they deliver me a contact with data that they can return me, however they didn't I, have waited to get a reimbursement ($ 113.80) since Dec 19th. They do not answer my emails any more, so what can I actually do? Plz recommend smb!
