Lacking for Action

I'm terribly dissatisfied with this particular organization. I requested one container of fragrance and it required 12 times for my order to reach, so when I popped it, it was the incorrect item. I delivered it back 2 nights later, and requested for possibly the right item or perhaps a return. I delivered it priority delivery therefore it required 2 times to obtain back again to them, and today, nearly 3 months later, they declare they never received my bundle. Therefore today I'm out the buying price of the merchandise and delivery 2 methods. It was the very first and last moment I'll purchase from their store and that I won't suggest them to anybody.
