Worst company to deal with

Definitely the worst organization to cope with. I put an order and went into only trouble. 1st, they backordered the merchandise after I settled 3-day delivery. I acquired 3 distinct vessel times and lastly they delivered the merchandise out 3 months later. This isn't the final area of the issue, today they'll just deliver towards the payment address on my card (clear) even though it is 5000 miles away plus they may deliver to wherever I had been for one more $30 in delivery. That made me surprise, and so I obtain the item delivered from my payment address to my area. Today I've settled 2 shippings for that item. After I obtain the item it's not what I requested. Nevertheless thier customer support demands the paperwork state I acquired what I requested. I believe I understand the distinction between a radio modem along with a normal one. But thier paperwork should be proper despite the fact that the design range about the container doesn't complement the design range about the item. What do I understand. So that they need me to deliver it back and spend a 3rd delivery about the item and that I won't obtain a complete refund. Because the paperwork doesn't help the mistake they created it should be my problem. Well this customer support may be the total worst I've ever endured and after 5 months I still don't have what I needed. And so I obtain the item from another merchant that's trustworthy. BEWARE this merchant they're sly and deceptive. They'll not allow you to when you have issues. Out for that cash and mess the client. But atleast the modem I requested from their store had a beautiful journey round the United States region at my cost. Hope I had been that blessed.
