Awful customer service

On Dec. 7, I requested some Tea-Rose fragrance, that was to become delivered with-in 4-to 7 business days! Nowadays is Dec. 22, and so I approached Fragrance Web. They stated they couldn't confirm my handle [despite the fact that they will have delivered in my experience before] with no Customer Support telephone number in the back of my charge card.

I so long as, then questioned why no body had approached me? I had been informed that 3 emails have been delivered and that I had overlooked all of them! Our spamfilter opens Scent Internet and that I have obtained NO conversation from their store! They inform me it'll consider twenty four hours to confirm the telephone number then 5 to 7 delivery times before I get my purchase! I've requested from them previously, but I'm scared this my LAST purchase for them! Supplying, obviously, that it actually comes.
