Overcharged, then ripped off! Ripoff

I purchased several items from this store totalling almost $100. A few days after i purchased these items i decided to return two items that didn't match very well with what i had purchased them to wear with. When i returned to the store with my reciept and the tags still on the two items they would not return one item as the tag said $8.99 and my reciept said $11.99.

I advised that i was obviously overcharged originally and i wanted a full refund. The manager refused to refund my money and insisted that i was lying to them and there cashier would never make a mistake. This store uses old cash registers that you manually enter the price of each item. It was obvious that i had been ripped off and they didn't want to admit it.
