I had purchased two items at the above listed Walgreen's. Item # 1. Walgreen Deluxe Laced Ankle Brace. Item # 2. Mueller Max Knee Brace. After, I got home. I tried on the braces and I was not happy with the way they felt. So, I go back to the same store and stated the above and requested my money back. The store manager asked for the receipt which, I thought it was in the bag. It turns out the cashier never put a receipt in the bag. The store now tells me he can only give me 1/2 of my money back I stated. These are not stolen items where, I am looking to sell you. The items were just purchased last night and they are in their original packaging I want my full price that, I paid this store in cash. He cannot help me. I called Walgreen corporate office and I stated the above but, She did not appear to be interested in my problem. She wrote down my information and stated someone will get back to me. This is a not how you conduct business with your customers. I will never shop in Walgreen's ever again. I feel that there may be a racial tone here. I have had several problems in this store. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Give me 1/2 my money back on returns. What are they thinking?
