Will not honor refunds

I am a first time shopper at mc coys... I had boutght several items but, decided to return some of the items after 1 week... The rude cashier whose name is kellie, refused to honor my return... The manager of the store was called, he was about to issue out a return for most of the items until kellie butted in and told him not to refund any of the items. The store manager did not give me a refund for any of the items.
