I have been a CLIENT for well over 1 year now. I missed one or two appointments due to my hectic schedule. I always pay Cash. I always tip cash 10.00 depending on the service. The business OWNER has been snotty to me twice, but I loved my stylist. Today I called to make an appointment and the owner DENIED me and told me I can be a " walk in " only as I missed an appointment. Really? Not sure who these poeple think they are, but I am DONE. I was there almost weekly. I have referred friends. I am already online with the BBB. A friend of mine goes there and accidentally missed a FULL afternoon beauty treatment, and they just took her as an " appointment" client last week. Discrimination. They pick and shoose how they want to treat their clients. I wouldn't go back if the style was free! No thanks! BYE BYE Bella Capelli! And SHAME SHAME on you!
