Salon without perm solutions?

Beware!

My experience with Attitudes Salon was awful. Don't trust them, there are better more honest and qualified businesses in the area.

I posted a 1-star review and that same day I received an email from the owner of this business threatening to take legal action against me in response to my post. So, I gave my honest opinion and the owner now wants to harass me and threaten me?

Potential customers, beware, you are witnessing the true character of this business owner.

Here is my experience:

I made an appointment for a perm, in person, on a Tuesday. I had a special event the following Monday and the salon knew that. My appointment was for that upcoming Saturday. I even called on Saturday morning to confirm the time of my appointment. I courteously arrived early for my appointment. The salon even called me to confirm my appointment. I still have the call saved on my phone and I still have the appointment slip that they gave me when I walked in, in person to make this appointment.

However, when I showed up on Saturday for my appointment the salon told me that they could not do a perm as they did not have any perm solution. So, I had gone excessively out of my way to secure an appointment, and a hair salon did not have the necessary hair products??? Anyone see the irony in this? Just another example of how this business is being mismanaged. So, there I was, 1pm on a Saturday with the difficult task of finding an emergency Salon to take care of me.

I immediately went to a different salon, kudos and thank you Arizona Hair Company-Tiffany you are awesome! AZ Hair Co. Was amazing and happy to have my business. I told them the entire story, and they couldn't believe what happened to me.

So this owner is reporting inaccurate information and personally threatening me.

Unacceptable and completely irresponsible Tino C!

Not an acceptable way to treat customers, shame on you!
