Ripoff! They will charge you $150 if you miss an appointment!

I went to Dr. Mark Luban to get some work done. I paid him in cash ahead of time for all my work. I needed several things done so it was going to happen over a period of time. I went 3 times.in those 3 times, I heard his own nurse call him a profanity while I was laying there getting my teeth cleaned.

Then my daughter had a seizure and I missed an appointment. They called me and I called them back a few days later apologizing. They said "You missed an appointment and we are going to have to charge you a fee". I told them that my daughter had a seizure and that I was sorry. They said well, if you make another appointment we will not charge you a fee. I said great!

Naturally, I forgot the appointment and a week later I got a bill for $150 for a no show fee! I called immediately and I said where does it say $150 for a missed appointment fee? She sent me the contract (the secretary also wrote on it "HOW DARE YOU!!!" I signed that stated the following: "If you miss an appointment it is our policy to charge a reasonable fee" REASONABLE? $150! what? Never ever go to him. He is not only a total jerk, his own staff hates him, and they will charge you $150 if you miss an appointment!
