Illegal contracting and misleading consumers and Ripping People off! Tx

I have experienced the worst service of being mislead and over charged by this company who is suppose to be an outside telephone/billing company that provides services to people whose family members are incarcerated and they basically pull scams and play a lot of manipulating and monopolizing games with the consumers by setting up accounts and then forcing them to use credit cards after they have deliberately put blocks on the accounts that they set up for you which they give you credit to receive the calls from your family members, after the account is blocked they then ask you to set up an additional accounts with with a credit card which is more additional charges to connect the call along with charges to set the accounts up, this company needs to be looked at and investigated because it seems that they have been doing illegal contracting and misleading consumers by monopolizing the system with fraudulent pricing, billing and charges.
