FTD fails to deliver Mother's Day flowers 5/7

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday May 7 that you did not deliver. The flowers have been, according to your site and FedEx, in transit since Friday May 6. I want and expect a FULL refund immediately, and an apology. I put this order in on April 28th. You had plenty of time to line up a florist to get these flowers to my mother. You are in the business of delivering flowers and you utterly failed and disappointed me and my mother. I have called you twice —first time was in the evening of Saturday May 7 (Mother's Day) to see what was going on and you offered no information and nothing to help. I had to wait more than 45 minutes on hold to get this non-response. Then, today, I just spent a half hour on hold and then the line went to a ringing tone and then eventually disconnected after ringing for a few minutes with no answer. I am now once again on hold. I will be posting an official consumer complaint on usacomplaints.com, and if I get no response I will also take it to Facebook and may consider creating a dislike FTD group. I urge you to respond quickly and creatively.
