Ruined Mother's Day for one Mothe

I ordered flowers from this company after searching and searching different companies. I felt confident when I ordered $160 worth of flowers to be delivered Friday 5/11 - to my husband's mother and my mother at work. My mother received hers. But I got a call Saturday 5/12 that they were trying to deliver flowers to my mother-in-law's WORK and the company was 'out of business'. I informed them that it was not out of business - the business is closed on the weekend, thus the reason for having them delivered FRIDAY. I gave them her home address to be delivered but since the city she works and lives in are different the florist wouldn't deliver them to her home. And the person on the phone was useless... And informed me that they couldn't get them to her because it was a busy holiday weekend and all the florists were booked up. Yep, that would be the reason why I ordered them LAST WEEK.
So no flowers for one of my Mother's on Mother's Day. Thanks for a waste of time, money and the element of surprise.
