Sirius might have good audio choice, but their customer support is beyond terrible.
They've you on-hold normally of 40 units with terrible lift music.
Whenever somebody finally responded my phone, I questioned when they were short-staffed. She stated "No. A 40 to 60-minute delay period is appropriate for them".
No way!
