Renewal charged and sent to collections without contact

Sirius has a nice scam running, ripping off consumers with renewals of service and sending it to collections without contacting customers. After I received a satellite radio from my wife as a gift and the initial 1 year service was up I received no correspondence from sirius and got a call from a collection agency in the amount of 38.27. I called the magnificent customer service center at sirius and got nowhere with the incompetent representative and asked for the manager. This flunky was rude and condescending from the start and should have known that the service automatically renewaled even though it was a gift. I have XM radios in my cars built in and once the year contract is over they cut your service off and call you to set up the service again no problem. This manager at sirius needs some SERIOUS customer service skills. But we will all have the last laugh when he is ousted on his keister when this company goes down because off their top notch customer service. I urge anyone thinking about going with Sirius don't. You will regret it, Do your research
