Doesn't deliver - but they say they did

I delivered a get-well present to some buddy and settled an enormous quality for Sunday following day shipping. I had been billed and that I got a verification mail stating that my purchase have been obtained and later shipped. I didnot notice in the buddy but I actually donot prefer to chase people for thanksis and so I didnot discover until weeks later that she never received the present. FTD claims they provide, but when you employ their providers, you better anticipate to follow-up on every purchase. I named to ask what had occurred and what might be completed and was informed that after evaluation with administrators that it had been too late. They did accept concern a partial reimbursement for that item, however in this situation delivery was significantly more than the price of the present. And what have been meant like a motion of good-will and cheer completely failed. Had I shipped anything myself I am confident it'd have gotten through. Super dissatisfied with all the support. Centered on my expertise, I'll stay away from FTD later on.
