Terrible experience

I'd requested to get a personalized gift from Personalcreations.com. I'd requested something special for my buddy a sports-related individual development. I'd settled via my charge card. I had been billed the identical time. I had been informed that it'd be shipped within two to three months which was ok since I'd requested the same as that for my little buddy. Three months had handed but my buddy didn't obtain something. I had been really frustrated since it was postponed and so I tried calling them via e-mails but never got an answer and so I got your hands on their telephone number which was described on the site and that I named them-but sadly never got through here too. I usually got the answering device and that I never obtained a call-back from their website. I had been really irritated lastly my buddy got the present however it wasn't what I'd requested for. I had been really unhappy. My buddy loved it but I'd requested what he truly preferred which he didn't get and that I didn't wish to return this since lord knows when he'd get a different one or if he'd actually get his present back. I'll never purchase something from Personalcreations.com again.
