Way Late Delivery

On Thursday, May 5 I requested a Mom's Evening agreement to become shipped on Sunday, May 7 towards the house of my buddy in California, where my Mommy was keeping. Sunday arrived and went without shipping, which I had been educated of by my buddy late Sunday evening. Again, no shipping of the blossoms the following day, on Mom's Evening. And so I sent "From You Blossoms" about 4:30 PM and requested for a reason along with a return. About 11PM that evening I obtained a contact stating my purchase have been shipped. I approached my buddy the following day (nowadays, Monday May 9) requesting him whether he got the blossoms and he explained they'd quit it in the centre of the night time from the door. He visited sleep around 11PM plus they weren't there in those days. Obviously, Mom's evening had come and eliminated and thus had my mother, who never got her blossoms as requested. I named to protest and requested to get a reimbursement, and was informed that because there is a shipping, no refund was allowed. They provided me a $15 gift certificate, that we rejected since I have will not be utilizing their support again.
