Awful experience

I put an on line purchase on to get a baby present that we will have to obtain by 10 times. The web page mentioned the present could be delivered within 2 – 3 times with normal floor support might consider seven days for delivery. But I didn't get the purchase about the 7th day-so I delivered and mail request and named customer support. The client support consultant suggested the present hadn't yet been delivered. I stated concern, when I required the present by 7/21/06. I supplied exactly the same info in my own mail request. The client support consultant stated she'd deliver a notice to truly have the present delivered "overnight" which this delivery could be of cost-free in my experience. She stated she'd send mail confirmation in my experience. After I didn't get the present 24 hours later, didn't obtained that guaranteed mail confirmation, but still hadn't gotten a contact reaction to my mail request, I called again. The client support consultant stated that she couldn't access my consideration which I ought to call-back another period. 24 hours later, one day from the infant bath, I called once more. The client support consultant explained the bundle nevertheless hadn't delivered and guaranteed me that it'd be delivered out floor support within the next couple of days. I described my scenario and what I'd been informed. She explained that I'd haven't been informed that it'd be "overnighte", because they don't do this.
