Ripoff Unacceptable sales practices

I am strongly considering filing a discriminatory complaint against Staples 84 Southgate SQ Colonial Hts VA for extreme mistreatment I've suffered from management while shopping.

A few incidents:
When I pay for purchase at the cashier either manager's Chris, Valerie, a blond hair lady literally stands watching me, sometimes all these managers stand over cashier watching my purchase.

Managers follow me about the store, watching me closely and turn their head when I look their way.

On 28th Feb manager Valerie call me a liar, and refused re ring a monitor I was purchasing. She said I did not show the cashier my $20 Gift Certificate initially however, the cashier failed to see the 8 X 4 gift check on counter along with my tax exempt and rewards card.instead of simply re-doing transaction, this manager wanted to argue that I did not give cashier the Gift card first!

On 28th about 11:15 AM it took 45 minutes to get the monitor because only electronics guy Michael could help in electronics. An associate standing said along side manager Valerie said this, and later Michael himself. Michael said he would help me but was assisting a couple 35 minutes or more, the couple had left without a computer. I was able to get an unwilling associate to help me, he got one down from the top as none was on the floor.

Another incident where manager Valerie called me a liar she said manager Chris informed me the Internet coupon date (bottom printed page), must be same purchase date. I had printed out this particular coupon late in the evening and the store had closed. I brought the 81/2 X 11 page the next day but Manager Valerie said no and would not accept (the coupon does not expire for several days). Manager Chris told me to bring 8 X 11 page, although I have witness white customers provide cut out coupon and greeted with respect.

A White gentleman was given a full refund without providing a receipt; management smiled, refunded his monies and even said a unusual these days thank you! I had one return, no receipt but was denied by manger and scolded by the blond hair manager, embarrassed and left.

I suffer migraines to shop at the Colonial Hts Store but its closer, and I don't have time to drive Richmond to purchase the numerous supplies I buy. I drive 40 miles out my way to Office Max or Office Depot when I should be welcome at local Staples.

A business associate Mr. Jones, a black man, said manager Chris had given him a very difficult time with his typewriter purchase when he needed help installing the ribbon. A manager that worked at Fort Lee stopped shopping at staples...

Treating one person differently than another should not be an issue, we all are paying customers, and it is unlawful. I would like an explanation for this treatment.
