Jon L. Wilson Lip Service or How Long Can It Take To Fill An 2 Item Orde

Feb. 27 I ordered two Foodmaps, on that same day it clears my Paypal account.
March 29th I e-mail asking how much longer before I receive my order.
March 30th I receive an e-mail. They had a hugh back order, their materials came weeks late, their e behind in shipping. I'll make sure your order goes out tomorrow or Monday, April 1.

April 19th still have not received my order, and no response from my e-mail.
May 1st I receive part of my order but the stand does not fit the body of the container.
May 3rd call their office, get an answering machine, leave a message " how can I resolve the stand not fitting, and where is the rest of my order"

May 5th no response from the message I left on answering machine. E-mail them with same question. No reply.

May 9th e-mail them to cancel the rest of my order and would like a refund.
May 15th they apologize, they had to reject half their order it didn't fit right and then had to wait to get the new materials to make the containers.

May 30th No reply and no credit to Paypal acct.
June 25th receive e-mail they will refund this week.

August 15th have received nothing in communication or refund from this company.
