Ripoff Dishonest Fraudulent Billing Do Not Give them Your Credit Card Information

I heard an add on KFI a radio station in Los Angeles. So I called the 800 number in the add. I was to pay for shipping only and had a 30 Day Iron Clad Money Back Guarantee.

The CD arrived about 2 weeks later (half of the guarantee is gone) it had a crack in it. So I called the company informed them of the problem and was told to return the damaged disk. So I sent it back. To date I have never received a replacement disk, and my Guarantee is up. However they continue to bill my Credit Card. This company give honest people on the internet a BAD name. I have called many times, (option 5) to speak with someone in Billing.

Today was the last straw, after calling the company again at (888) 877-3336 and being placed on hold for over 90 minutes. I called City Bank and reported my Credit Card Lost. Please do not give them your Credit Card information. If they were doing as well as they claim they would not have to steal from people. I have asked them for a refund, since I have nothing to show for the charges on my Credit Card and I am told my Guarantee is up.
