I obtained a faulty mattress out of this organization simple than six months ago.

They carefully acquired the mattress six months before/. I still haven't obtained my refund and today they inform me they do not possess the data to complete a reimbursement?

I had been provided a telephone number to contact to go over my refund. I've named the amount and kept so long as 45 units with no one actually responded?

I heve approached Cymax by mail more then 40 times/. I have created more then 31 telephone calls and 5 faxes to Cymax;. I've approached the Attorneygeneral of there condition to record this unbeivealbe experience.
