Fraud and lies

I requested a mattress from cymax and didn't obtain all of the components. After I approached them, these were really unresponsive. After following-up a couple of days later, they explained the components were back-ordered and another couple of months which easily desired to return the mattress, they'd cost me a re stocking charge. Terrible service.
